Visit our Sign Up page and fill out the registration form. Once you’ve completed the form, click the "Register" button. You’ll be redirected to our payment page, where you can start your free 30-day trial.
After signing up, log in to your account using your username and password. You can access the login page here.
Once logged in, navigate to the "Settings" page to complete your profile. Here, you can add your company details, contact information, and other important settings.
Go to the Register New Patient section to start adding your patients. Fill out their information (name and birth date) and save it to your database. Each patientr has a dedicated dashboard where you can view and manage their details, just click the patient's name to go to their dashboard. Add an email and phone number to send them appointment reminders.
In the "Create New Forms" section of the patients dashboard, you can create and manage SOAP notes, physical therapy plans, progress reports, and other forms. Select a patient, fill out the form, and save it for future reference.
With certain form fields you can use the hands free dictation service vs. typing. Allow the browser to access your computer's microphone (if one is available). Hit the "Start Dictation" button to speak to your computer as you are actively dictating. Hit the "Stop Dictation" button whenever you pause the dictation. Resume dictating whenever you're ready by clicking the "Start Dication" button. Do not worry if text looks like it's repeating, once you submit the form will show the correct recording. You can clear the dictated field by clicking on the clear button and start over.
With certain form fields you can enter standard codes. You can reference the CPT or ICD10 codes by selecting the "cheat sheet buttons". You can enter codes into certain forms by simply typing in the code number. Enter the code, then enter comma to separate codes. If you add text to the fields along with codes you must enter 2 commas after the end of the text to add more codes after. The code content will be automatically filled withing the text box once you hit submit or click onto another text box.
You can add custom codes (aside from the CPT and ICD10 codes) to your account that can be referenced on certain forms, click on Custom Codes from the Physical Therapist Dashboard. You can edit or delete custom codes anytime.
The "View and Edit Saved Forms" section allows you to view, edit, and generate comprehensive reports for your patients. These reports can be printed or exported as PDFs (usually saved in your download folder) and shared with your patients, other healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
Use the "Appointments" section to schedule and manage your patient appointments. You can set reminders, reschedule, and keep track of your calendar. You will see the next 5 days of scheduled appointments on the Physical Therapist Dashboard.
If you've forgotten or lost your password and can no longer login, click on Forgot Password from the "Login" page. Enter your email address that you used to register your account and click on the link in the email to reset your password.
If you enter your password incorrectly, 5 times or greater your account will lock out for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes you can attempt to log back in. If necessary reset your password, see step 11.
If you walk away from your JoyntForm portal, the application will automatically log your off after 60 minutes of inactivity. At minute 45 of inactivity you will be asked if you wish to continue to stay logged on or to log off.
